Daytime Event
9am-3pm
$5 per adult, seniors and military with ID $3. Children under 12 are free.
Tickets to the day event "Wings Over Tulsa" are sold at the gate only
10th Annual Hangar Dance
Evening Event
Dinner served from 5 to 6 PM
Swing Dance Lessons from 6 to 7 PM
Big band music from 7 to 10 PM
Dance Tickets: $20.00 per person, all ages - Tickets are also sold at the Gate
Dance Tickets don't include the Buffet
5:00 pm: Hangar Dance Doors Open
5:00 - 6:00 pm: Pre-purchased Buffet Dinners Served
Must have a Dance ticket for the Buffet
6:00 - 7:00 pm: FREE Swing dance lessons.
9:00 am - 9:00 pm: Silent Auction
7:00 - 10:00 pm. The Sounds of Music Orchestra
We're ready for the Dance - there will be tickets sold at the Gate

NOTE: Any special seating requests can be made by emailing sales@caftulsa.org immediately after your order is placed or by indicating a preference on the checkout page when purchasing (you will be able to enter your preference before you confirm the order)
